Mariah Resources can provide “24/7”monitoring of a wind energy project, without the cost of additional on-site staff, utilizing the capabilities of our Remote Monitoring Centers (RMC). From the RMC, Mariah Resources Remote Monitoring technicians can evaluate     project performance using the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems. In the event an equipment fault is detected, basic troubleshooting and if appropriate, equipment restarting can be accomplished from the RMC. If it is determined to be necessary (and cost effective) RMC personnel will immediately dispatch the appropriate technicians to the site.

Reporting

Mariah Resources employs some of the best networking personnel in today’s IT world.  Using configuration inside a customers current Windows Server platform, including ODBC interfaces and OPC real time data, reports can be customized to meet a customers specific needs. Mariah Resources also provides the project owner with monthly reports detailing actual maintenance completed, upcoming maintenance scheduled, and details of any equipment problems. The monthly report also includes energy production, revenue and costs analysis, regulatory compliance reports and other information        required by the project owner. Maintenance and cost information required for reports provided by Mariah Resources Services is tracked and compiled with use of software. In addition to providing efficient data acquisition, this software provides an extensive selection of reporting functions. Mariah Resources recognizes that some project owners elect to purchase “service contracts” from wind turbine equipment suppliers (usually for the warranty period of the turbine). For those owners, Mariah Resources can provide project management services and administration of the contract to assist in maximizing the benefit to the project owner.
